Payment & Confirmation: A non-refundable 80% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Any verbal confirmation will not be accepted as a valid order until the deposit is received.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the installation date.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date.
Custom Item Deadline: All custom orders, such as personalized backdrops, must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the event.
Frame Design Services:
From-Scratch Designs: Custom frame designs created from scratch will incur a charge of RM 300 and require confirmation 2 weeks prior to the purchase.
Standard Designs: We provide 2 standard design options with up to 3 amendments for free.
Amendment Fees: Any amendments beyond the initial three will be charged at RM 50 per amendment.
Redesign Fee: Requesting a full redesign from the original standard frame will incur a charge of RM 300 (includes 3 additional amendments).
Client-Provided Designs: Designs provided to us using our standard template that contain mistakes will be sent back for re-editing. No further work will be committed by our team unless an additional fee of RM 150 is paid instantly before proceeding.
Additional Costs: Quoted prices exclude extra event costs or unforeseen third-party charges, which will be invoiced separately.
Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
